Transparent Mental Health will be just that for you. My name is Dominique Coley and I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and mental health provider for 4 years, RN nearly a decade. I am licensed & practicing psychiatriatry via telehealth in Arizona & Colorado (Louisiana, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi coming soon). Services offered include psychiatric evaluations, follow up medication management appointments, and other psychiatric services. I specialize in ADHD, depression, and anxiety and serve individuals ages 8 and up. them a wide range of counseling and psychological services to guide them through life’s challenges and most trying times.
